The Miami-Dade condo market was down in response to the Fourth of July holiday-shortened week. There were 99 sales with a total sales volume of $38,500,900. The average condo sale price was $388,897.98, or $297.33 per square foot.
Miami was the top city with 48 closings for a total of $15.250 million. Sunny Isles reported a sales volume of $9.448 million with 13 sales. Miami Beach reported 11 transactions for a total of $4.382 million.
The top condo sale of the week was a unit at Porsche Design Tower overlooking Sunny Isles Beach. This 3,130 square foot condo at 18555 Collins Ave sold for $4,000,000, or $1,277.96 per square foot. This property was sold by Gary Gold Waechter after 50 days on the market.
The Miami Dade condo market is looking to rebound next week.
